I agree with this and really enjoyed reading your words, the message was clear and it was beautifully written. I watched the meditation and burst into tears...not sure why exactly, but I did. So, *deep breath*, thank you for that, I think. I don't know exactly where to aim right now, but I appreciate this reminder not to try to aim anywhere, but to accept and rejoice in the gift of "now." As a Sag, that is sometimes hard to do. ;)
This is SO true for me right now, Patrick. I can't seem to be anywhere but now, with some sleep deprivation that accompanies the pain of sciatica. No advance planning seems to be "sticking" so maybe I'm meant to be present and to steer the ship from here. ✨
